Please note, in accordance with Australian export regulations vendors are required to declare the exact value of all items and identify the order as dutiable ‘merchandise’. Vendors are also prohibited by law from identifying an order as a ‘gift’ for export purposes, even if a customer has placed the order with the intention of delivering to a gift recipient.
Any taxes or duties that may be applied by customs at the destination country are the responsibility of the delivery recipient.
Shipping time
Shipping time varies between vendors and products. Where an item is ‘made-to-order’ the vendor provides an approximate lead time in the ‘product description’.

Additional Terms & Conditions for Vendors
Liability
Vendors are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of information on the home.cook.love website, including price, product description, availability of items, shipping costs, returns policy (abridged version), and when ‘made-to-order’, the lead time. Vendors are required to notify home.cook.love of any price updates, sales, promotions, stock updates as well as end of season and new season releases.
home.cook.love receives a commission from the sale of all products in the marketplace (excluding shipping costs). The remaining funds, including shipping, will be deposited directly into the vendors PayPal account via an automated system. It is the vendors responsibility to ensure that their contact details and payment information is kept up to date, in order to facilitate this process.
Business’ are requested to advise us if there are any changes to their product range, however the Business’ are free to make changes to their product range including price, quality and quantity. These matters are outside the control of home.cook.love and we accept no responsibility to any changes made by these external websites.
Shipping
Vendors agree to ship sold items (or if ‘made-to-order’, agree to commence production) once a payment transaction is complete and reflected in their PayPal account. home.cook.love will inform vendors of each transaction via email.
Vendors are required to specify shipping (and if ‘made-to-order’, lead times) in ‘product descriptions’. Vendors can amend shipping costs over time.
Vendors are responsible for shipping their sold items to customers and are ultimately responsible for ensuring customers receive their items. In the unlikely event an order does not arrive, be prepared to provide valid proof shipping.
Vendors agree to comply with all local and international shipping and customs regulations.
Returns
Vendors manage all returns, refunds, exchanges directly with the customer. In the case of a refund, it is the vendors responsibility to notify home.cook.love who will then reimburse the agreed commission, less the PayPal fees. Vendors agree to resolve any disputes directly with a buyer.
Vendors are required to disclose an abridged version of their returns policy in each ‘product description’.
Termination
Vendors can cease their partnership with the home.cook.love marketplace at any time, granting four weeks’ notice via email.
Misconduct
If you act in any way which contradicts these terms and conditions, home.cook.love has the right to terminate your membership without warning and may refuse any and all current or future use of the website.
