Shipping policy

Currently only shipping Australia wide. Approximate flat rate shipping fee of $21.95 Australia wide on all orders made from Shervin Verkil. Accurate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. Generally orders to metropolitan areas in Eastern states will be delivered within 2 working days of order processing. Eastern States’ Regional areas 3-5 working days and Western and far Northern States 4-8 working days dependent upon remoteness.

Refund policy

In the event of damaged or faulty goods under warranty ShervinVerkil reserves the right to replace the specific piece or the total set upon ShervinVerkil direct customer email contact and ShervinVerkil authorisation. In the event that the total set is damaged or faulty ShervinVerkil will replace the set in its entirety to the customer at no cost to the customer. If the set or item is no longer available or a deleted line the customer can select an alternative product to the value of the original item. General wear and tear of an item in its intended usage or faults occurring from misuse or mistreatment are not covered under the warranty. ShervinVerkil authorisation of deeming faulty or damaged goods validation is required in each case.
