Shipping policy

Currently we only shipping Australia wide. Approximate flat rate shipping fee of $19.95 Australia wide on all orders made from Kappel. Accurate shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. We will endeavour to deliver the goods to your nominated delivery address within the time specified and orders are dispatched within 24 hours. We are not liable for any losses incurred due to regular post delays. These times are calculated from the time we ship your order. Standard Postage – 5 to 7 business days. Express post - this will take 1 to 3 business days for metro areas and up to 5 business days for regional areas.

Refund policy

Consumer Guarantees: The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. Address Change: If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.
