The Australian Consumer Law protects consumers by giving them certain guaranteed rights when they buy goods and services. For example, the Law requires that goods must be free of defects and do what they are meant to do. Services must be carried out with care and skill. Under the Australian Consumer Law, we do not have to give a refund or replacement if you simply change your mind about a product. You are entitled to a refund or replacement for a major problem with a product covered by Consumer Guarantees.
If you enter the incorrect name or shipping details and the item is returned to us via Australia Post, you will be subject to a return to sender fee if we are unable to change the details before despatch, and well as a reshipping fee (dependent on the items weight). We are not responsible for these changes if there is a mistake entered by the customer.
