Your porcelain is dishwasher and microwave safe, and can be used in the oven with care. Avoid temperature extremes i.e. from freezer to oven, or from oven to cold surfaces of liquids. Take care to avoid abrasive cleaners as they may cause scratches to the glaze and pigmentation may occur over time.

We make every attempt to keep our online store up to date but due to the fact that our products are handmade and decorated; there may be times when we are out of stock. If an item is out of stock, you can choose to submit a backorder. As a guide, an out-of-stock item can usually be supplied within 4 weeks. An in-stock item will be sent within 1 business day by domestic carrier with standard, trackable delivery times of 1 - 5 business days depending on delivery address. However, we are not responsible for delivery delays after the order has left our warehouse.
Lush for Life will refund your money or offer a replacement if the item/s you ordered have a major problem according to the definitions of the Australian Law. Please note, that we do not offer a refund if you merely change your mind after purchase. If an item is faulty, please contact us (lushHforlife@gmail.com) within 14 days of purchase with details and photographs regarding the problem. It is important to keep your receipt as proof of purchase. A product or good has a major problem when: - it has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it if they’d known about it - it is unsafe - it is significantly different from the sample or description - it doesn’t do what the business said it would, or what you asked for and can’t easily be fixed. If the item is confirmed to be faulty we can give you a refund plus all shipping costs. Alternatively, a credit voucher valid for 6 months can be requested in exchange for the defected item. If you return an item, it must be carefully wrapped and we request that you use a trackable service. Lush for Life will not accept responsibility for breakages any time after the item has arrived to you in good condition. In the event that your item does arrive damaged, please retain all packaging if there is external evidence of damage, take a photo of the damaged goods and contact us within seven (7) days to arrange a replacement, refund or credit voucher.
